Mike Stroetzel is a licensed nursing home administrator with over 30 years of long term care experience. He holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Western New England College and a B.A. in Sociology from Drew University in Madison, New Jersey. Mike believes residents deserve to be treated with respect, dignity, freedom, and given the choice of their life style rather then their life being dictated by an institutional routine.
Sharon Ashton helps expedite the admission process for residents and their families. She has been at Renaissance Manor of Westfield since 2002. Sharon is a licensed nurse and has 22 years of experience. She served as President of the Alzheimer's Association for 6 years. Sharon belongs to many local civic groups such as Kiwanis, Western Mass Elder Care Professional Association, The Westfield Women's Club and Business Professional Women. In her spare time Sharon likes to play golf, garden and spend time with her dogs.
Debra Strempek is the Director of nursing services at Renaissance Manor of Westfield. She received her Bachelors in Nursing practice at Our lady of The Elms College in Chicopee, Mass. She has been a nurse for over 25years with half of those years holding positions in upper management. Debra brings forth over 15 years of Home Care experience, specializing in Cardiology, Psychiatric and Medical/Surgical nursing. She has also worked in Long Term care facilities locally for many years and Assisted Living. Debra describes herself as a "people person". She loves interacting with the residents and theirfamilies. She believes in "Quality of Care is Quality of Life".
Cindy Fisher received her education at American International College in Springfield MA. Cindy has successfully practiced therapy for several years at various nursing homes, and has contributed to the well-being and physical and mental improvement of scores of patients. Her experience immediately before joining the Premier Therapy team was establishing a new rehab department in a recently opened facility in Western Massachusetts. Her love of resident care extends to her caring management style.
Christie Wilson-Krusz is a licensed social worker who has more than 30 years of experience in the social services field. She hold a Masters in Rehabilitation Counseling from Springfield College and a BA in Psychology from Connecticut College. Christie has been with Renaissance Manor of Westfield since 2005 and currently resides in Chicopee, MA. Christie keeps busy with "Christie's Corner", which is her part time antique business. She enjoys flower gardening, and vacations at the beach. She also has been married for over 30 years and has 3 cats.
