Meet the Renaissance Manor of Westfield team

Administrator: Ron Doty

Ron Doty is a licensed nursing home administrator with over 17 years experience in skilled and super-skilled nursing facilities. He holds licenses in Massachusetts, Connecticut, and New Jersey, and is an active member of the American College of Nursing Home Administrators. Ron is committed to providing the highest level of quality care possible through collaborative planning, education, and accountability, with focus on quality of life, outcomes, and stakeholder satisfaction.

Director of Admissions: Deb Sullivan

Deborah Sullivan is the Admission & Marketing Director of Renaissance Manor of Westfield. Deborah began her career in health care in 1994 and has devoted the last 17 years as a professional, compassionate liaison for Sub-Acute and Long Term Care patients. Deborah is instrumental in transitioning residents from a post acute stay and provides education for families that may need immediate placement for a loved one, or a care giver who may need a short respite stay. Deborah is available to answer your questions and give you a tour of Renaissance Manor of Westfield.

Director of Social Services: JoAnn Hunt-Millard, MSW, LCSW

JoAnn Hunt-Millard is a licensed, certified social worker with more than 30 years social work experience in the medical field. She earned her BSW degree from Elms College and her MSW degree from the University of Connecticut School of Social Work. JoAnn was previously the Director of Social Services at Noble Hospital for over 20 years.
JoAnn is a member of the National Association of Social Workers and she also sits on the Advisory Board for Westfield State College.

Director of Nursing Services: Karen Ferro

Karen Ferro isthe Director of Nursing at Renaissance Manor of Westfield. She worked for many years as an LPN in Long Term Care and then went on to earn her RN degree at the University of the State of New York. She holds both a Massachussetts and Connecticut nurisng license. Karen has been a Director of Nursing for 15 years and has always been committed to providing superior compassionate care and has always advocated for patients' needs.

Rehabilitation Director: Cynthia Fisher, BS, OTR/L

Cindy Fisher received her education at American International College in Springfield MA. Cindy has successfully practiced therapy for several years at various nursing homes, and has contributed to the well-being and physical and mental improvement of scores of patients. Her experience immediately before joining the Premier Therapy team was establishing a new rehab department in a recently opened facility in Western Massachusetts. Her love of resident care extends to her caring management style.
